Shipping

Where do you ship to?

- We currently only ship to the United States. We do plan to ship worldwide soon!

- Shipping time may vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

-Shipping options will be shown at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Daze & Magic Co. ships through standard letter mail with USPS. This can take anywhere from 3-21 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Expedited and priority shipping options are available at checkout!

Our delivery times are only estimated and NOT guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (excluding holidays and weekends). Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control.

Neither Daze & Magic nor USPS are responsible for lost packages if your shipping address is entered incorrectly.

Daze & Magic is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How do I track my order?

If you have a Daze & Magic account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop down menu under your name. There, you can find the order number! If you haven’t created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place an order.

With every order we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to the spam/junk folder.

What is my order status?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order can take 1-6 business days to be fulfilled. A friendly reminder that business days do not count as holidays or weekends. All packages are shipped through USPS.

Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Kindly note that we work hard to get your order ready to ship as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns, but if you have any problems with your items, please contact us at kira@dazeandmagic.com to open up a conversation on how we may address your concern. We are always happy to help.

How do I place an order?

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking “checkout.” Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and selecting your payment method for the magical goods - we will ship your package within 1-6 business days.
